Blog Post #9: All Student Show Submissions

On Monday, November 6, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., artistic students will be submitting up to at least three pieces of art with the hopes at least one of them getting selected for the All Student Show in the Ryniker-Morrison Gallery on campus, November 9 through November 30. As part of the Digital Nature Photography class, we're required to at least submit one original photograph that was taken sometime during the course of this fall 2017 semester.

To broaden my chances of getting a photo selected to be showcased, I decided to submit three photos I've taken so far this semester. The first photo I'm submitting is a photo I took at Riverfront Park toward the beginning of the semester back in September. The other two photos I took just this last weekend when we went on a photography trip to Yellowstone National Park.

The next step in this process will be to actually fill out an information sheet for each submission, and then to decide if I should have them available for sale or just to have them on display. Giving a title to each photo might be harder than actually selecting which photos to submit. Any suggestions for titles would be appreciated. Especially punny titles.
